The exhibition ran from
11th July until 30th July 1998.
The images have been
made on a Home PC using shareware graphics programs, a 35mm camera and a
scanner. They are based on photographs made from the car on quiet
lanes around here during my daily 20mile commute to
Lowestoft. I wanted to do a set of work about the landscape. It
seemed to me that mostly the landscape is seen through a windscreen
these days so I wanted to make images about that experience - driving
through the landscape listening to the news on the radio and thinking
about work and pictures.
